Soooo, I haven't posted in a while, and I apologize for that, but as you can tell... I have a new gadget! I know everyone has heard of Clarisonic Mia, and reviewed it, hyped it, everything lol! Welp...I'm here to tell you, it's definitely worth it!!! Just wait until you see my before and after pics! First off, I want to talk about the Mia itself.
When I first got it in the mail, the instructions clearly state to let it charge for 24 hours. I was soo bummed because I immediately wanted to use it, but oh well. I looked at the charger and at first couldn't figure out how to use it and get it hooked up to the Mia. So I opened the instructions to find out what to do. The charger is a magnet that sticks to the Mia. I'm very impressed with the quality of the charger and the Mia.
The Mia feels good in my hands, slightly heavy, but heavy in a good way. You can tell its quality. I purchased the one speed Mia which I think is a better buy than the upper models. The Mia runs for 1 minute: 10 seconds on each cheek, 20 seconds for your forehead, and 20 seconds for your nose and chin. Once mine shuts off I usually turn it back on and focus around my nose (thats where my blackheads and dry skin is most noticable). So, on to the initial reaction I had.
After I first tried it, I was impressed! My face felt tighter, softer, cleaner. I didn't notice blackheads disappearing immediately (which I didn't expect them to) but I did notice that the flakes around my acne that was clearing up was gone. I've been using it every night since I've had it... And I've been using it since February 16 (that's three days). Just wait until you see before and after photos!!!! Here we go!
The first two sets is before I used the Mia, The next two are from 3 days into using it, and my nose is from 3 days of usage. What do you think? Does it seem like its working?
